About
Meet Nikki
A farm kid who grew up on a dairy farm and maple farm in Western New York. From a young age, she spent her days feeding calves, driving tractors, tapping trees, and boiling sap late into the night. She didn't have the opportunity to become a partner in the family farm, so she went to school, climbed the corporate ladder, and then left it all behind to pursue her own dreams and build a little farm she could call her own.
I’m so glad you’re here!
My story with maple syrup starts long before it reaches the kitchen. The woods shaped me. It was the first place I truly felt at home. There’s a kind of magic in the sights, smells, and sounds in the woods. The forest strips away my worries and reminds me of what actually matters. It’s the place where I feel most grounded, and it sits at the center of everything I do.
Hard work has always been a part of who I am. Maybe that’s the farm kid in my bones. I love building things with my hands and taking pride in the imperfect and the honest work it takes to bring an idea to life.
Maybe you found your way here for snow-covered woods, a glimpse of dairy-farm life, or simply a quiet moment. Whatever brought you, I’m grateful. Time is precious, and I’m thankful you’re choosing to share a little of yours with me. I’m excited to grow this little farm together.
